We Do Not Sell Your Data
Your20 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is yours.
Service Providers
We share data with trusted service providers who help us operate our platform: Clerk for authentication, Twilio for SMS notifications, and Mapbox for mapping and routing services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
Customer Tracking Links
When you share tracking links with your customers, they can view delivery location and ETA. You control when and with whom these links are shared.

Data Retention
Location Data
90 days. Driver location history is retained for 90 days to support delivery verification and route analysis, then automatically deleted.
Account Data
Duration of account + 30 days. Your account information is retained while your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion to allow for account recovery.
Job and Delivery Data
1 year. Delivery records, job history, and associated data are retained for 1 year for business records and customer service purposes.
Your Rights
Access Your Data
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you at any time.
Delete Your Account
You can delete your account at any time. We will remove your personal data in accordance with our retention policy.
Export Your Data
You can request an export of your data in a portable format.
Opt Out of Marketing
