1. Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Your20 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. If you are under 18, you may only use the service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Authority to Bind
If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In such cases, "you" and "your" will refer to that organization.
2. Description of Service
Platform Overview
Your20 is a fleet hazard avoidance routing platform that helps fleet managers define custom avoidance zones (such as low bridges, narrow streets, weight limits, and safety areas) and provides drivers with optimized turn-by-turn navigation that respects these restrictions.
Key Features
The service includes zone management for defining restricted areas, real-time navigation for drivers, fleet tracking capabilities, customer delivery tracking via shareable links, and notification services for delivery updates.
Service Availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
3. Account Registration
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
One Account Per Organization
Each organization may maintain one primary account. Additional user seats can be added under the organization account. Multiple separate accounts for the same organization are not permitted.
4. Acceptable Use
Lawful Purposes Only
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the service for any illegal activities or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
Service Integrity
You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service. This includes not transmitting any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
Intellectual Property Protection
You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the service. Automated scraping, data mining, or data extraction from the service is prohibited without express written permission.
Credential Security
You must not share your account credentials with third parties or allow multiple individuals to use the same login credentials. Each user should have their own account under your organization.
5. Subscription and Billing
Pricing
Subscription fees are based on the pricing displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Current pricing and plan details are available on our pricing page.
Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. All fees are charged in advance for the upcoming billing period.
Auto-Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. Refunds after the initial 30-day period are provided at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property
The Your20 service, including all content, features, functionality, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Your20, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Data Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the data you input into the service, including avoidance zones, routes, job information, and customer data. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Limited License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for your internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the service.
7. Data and Privacy

Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you input into the service. This includes ensuring you have the right to share any customer contact information and that your use of the service complies with applicable data protection laws.

We may use anonymized and aggregated data derived from your use of the service for analytical purposes, to improve the service, and to develop new features. This data will not identify you or your organization.
8. Disclaimers
Navigation Advisory
Route suggestions and navigation provided by Your20 are advisory in nature. Drivers are ultimately responsible for operating their vehicles safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and road signs. Always defer to actual road conditions and signage.
Hazard Limitations
While we strive to help you avoid known hazards, our route suggestions may not account for all potential obstacles, temporary conditions, or hazards. It is the driver's responsibility to assess road conditions and make safe driving decisions.
No Liability for Incidents
Your20 is not liable for any accidents, bridge strikes, vehicle damage, property damage, personal injury, or other incidents that occur while using our navigation suggestions. Use of the service does not replace driver training, vehicle inspections, or safe driving practices.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. The service may be subject to interruptions, delays, or errors. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service unavailability.
9. Limitation of Liability
Maximum Liability
In no event shall Your20's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the service exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to Your20 during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Exclusion of Damages
In no event shall Your20 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
Your Indemnification Obligation
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Your20, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the service.
11. Termination
Termination by Either Party
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Immediate Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Data Export
Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data from the service. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies. Contact support if you need assistance with data export.
12. Governing Law
Applicable Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
13. Changes to Terms
Updates
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may also provide additional notice such as an email notification.
Continued Use
Your continued use of the service after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the service.
